Ordering by fax
Dial 203-238-7155. Credit card orders only. Please print the order form, fill out and enter the credit card number and expiration date. Also include your signature.

Delivery
Most items are shipped insured UPS, which arrives two business days after the order is processed. Express delivery is also available from UPS; please note "Next Day Air" on your order form. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. For shipments outside the United States, please allow for longer delivery times.

Engraving

Classic Shakers engrave beautifully. If you'd like us to handle the engraving, please call 910-692-9150 to make arrangements. Engraving charges are extra.

Gift Shipments & Certificates
Classic Shakers make great gifts, and if you're sending a shaker to a different address, please complete the appropriate section on the order form. Wešll send you the receipt and notice by mail that the gift has been shipped.

To include a personal note, please complete the "Gift Card Message" area, and we'll send your message on a special gift card. Gift certificates are available. In you canšt decide which model to send, we'll mail our brochure so the recipient can make the selection.

Back Orders:. Reserving future models. Holding for later shipment.

On occasion, demand may exceed our limited edition production capabilities. If there are significant delays and your shaker is back ordered, we'll send you updates on the status of your order.

Wešre happy to reserve models and specific numbers for shipment at a later date, and these shakers will be available on a first come, first served basis. If you want us to hold an order for a later shipment date, please specify the date on your order.

For each of these options (back orders, reserving future models and holding for later shipping) you will not be billed until shipment.

Care of Your Classic Shaker

Our shakers were made to be very durable and will last several lifetimes if not abused. If after using they are rinsed and washed out by hand in the sink and hand dried using a soft cotton cloth, the shine will remain as brilliant as the day they were made. This can be done days after, as the contents will not affect them and the cleaning process. Never put them in the dishwasher.

If you use it frequently, expect some patina and wear to show as this is normal. If the shaker is stored in the open air, expect some tarnish to begin to form after a few months. They can be re-shined with Johnson's Wax Twinkle Silver Polish or Wright's Silver Polish available at your local hardware or drug store, or you may call Herman's Best Silver Care Products at 1-800-584-2352 for a full range of products.
